Working Principle
The PF Series Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, a motor drives the rotor at high rotating speed. When materials enter the working area of the hammer, are crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer, the crushed materials are thrown in the tangential direction of the plate rotor, into the stripping plate above the rotor and are crushed again. And then the material from the baffle plate is returned to the working area of the hammer and broken again. This process is repeated until the materials are crushed to the desired particle size and released from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the baffle plate and the rotor can change the coarseness and shape of the products
